Phase 1: Ideation and Concept Validation (Q1 2025)

This phase will focus on creating a functional prototype of the Task2Earn platform, including user interfaces, basic smart contracts, and early-stage system design.

User Interface Design: We will develop wireframes and mockups for the platform, showcasing how contributors and project promoters will interact with Task2Earn. This design will focus on ensuring a user-friendly experience for both parties.

Smart Contract Design: Initial smart contracts for task posting, validation, and reward distribution will be designed on Cardano’s Plutus platform. The design will focus on automating the task validation and reward processes in a secure, decentralized manner.

Prototype Development: A basic prototype will be built, allowing users to perform core functions such as task creation, selection, and token reward distribution. This prototype will serve as a foundation for further development and will be tested internally to validate the platform’s core functionalities.

Phase 3: Alpha Testing and Smart Contract Auditing (Q4 2025)

Alpha Platform Release: The alpha version of Task2Earn will be released to a select group of early adopters and contributors. The alpha will allow users to post tasks, complete them, and receive rewards in a controlled environment.

Smart Contract Auditing: During this phase, the smart contracts will undergo extensive security audits to ensure they are secure, robust, and resistant to vulnerabilities. This step is critical to build trust in the platform and prevent potential exploits.

User Feedback and Iteration: Feedback from alpha testers will be collected to improve the platform’s user experience, task posting process, and reward mechanisms. This phase will also serve to identify any potential bugs or issues with the platform’s functionality.

Phase 4: Beta Launch and Scalability Testing (Q1 2026)

This phase will involve a broader launch of the platform in beta mode, focusing on increasing the user base and testing the platform’s scalability.

Beta Platform Release: The beta version of Task2Earn will be open to a larger user base, including more contributors and project promoters. This will allow the team to stress-test the platform’s infrastructure with higher volumes of tasks and users.

Scalability Testing: The platform will undergo stress tests to ensure that it can handle increased task volumes and reward transactions efficiently without performance degradation. This phase will also include testing Cardano’s scalability solutions to ensure that the platform can grow with the ecosystem.

Integration with Third-Party Tools: During the beta phase, we will explore integrations with existing blockchain tools and platforms (e.g., Cardano wallets, analytics tools) to enhance the user experience and provide additional features for contributors and task creators.

Phase 5: Full Launch and Expansion (Q2-Q3 2026)

After extensive testing and feedback, Task2Earn will be ready for its full public launch. This phase will focus on launching the platform at scale and expanding its reach across the Cardano ecosystem and beyond.
