Project Owner Task Flow
1. Onboarding & Wallet Connection
#
The
Project Owner (PO)
signs up on Task2Earn and connects their Cardano wallet to manage tasks and funds.
The PO sets up their profile and project details, which are used to post tasks for contributors.
2. Campaign Creation & Fund Locking
#
The PO creates a new campaign by defining:
Total tokens to be allocated for rewards.
The conversion rate of
TN points
to native tokens (e.g., 1 TN = 0.5 ADA).
The PO locks the required amount of tokens in a
smart contract
to secure rewards for contributors.
3. Task Creation & Posting
#
The PO creates and posts tasks within the campaign.
Each task includes details like the task description, required skills, deadlines, and the
TN points
to be earned.
The PO decides if tasks will be
automatically approved
or if they will require
manual approval
.
4. Monitoring Task Submissions
#
The PO monitors the progress of tasks as contributors apply and begin working on them.
If a task requires manual approval, the PO reviews each submission.
5. Approve or Reject Tasks
#
For manually reviewed tasks, the PO:
Approves
the task if it meets the expectations, and the contributor is awarded
TN points
.
Rejects
the task with feedback if it does not meet the required standards, prompting the contributor to revise and resubmit.
6. Monitor Allocated Funds
#
As the campaign progresses, the system tracks the tokens locked in the smart contract.
If the allocated funds are nearly exhausted, the system notifies the PO, who can either:
Add more funds
to continue the campaign.
End the campaign
if the allocated tokens have been fully utilized.
7. End of Campaign
#
The campaign ends when either:
The allocated funds in the smart contract are fully used.
A specific end date is reached, as defined by the PO at the time of campaign creation.
8. Token Distribution
#
Once the campaign ends, the
smart contract
automatically distributes the tokens to contributors based on the
TN points
earned.
Contributors receive their native tokens based on the
conversion rate
set by the PO at the start of the campaign.
